The Ready VisionTV main website has no customer-facing account creation, sign-in, or account-management flow, and public registration on this website is disabled. Any sign-in on this website is for authorized Ready VisionTV staff only.

When you choose an offer and continue, you leave this website and are redirected to the hosted client store for checkout. Any customer account needed for an order is created or accessed there, after the redirect. The Ready VisionTV main website does not create, sign in to, or manage customer accounts. The store’s checkout page presents the offer and applicable purchase details before you submit an order.

Please provide accurate information when completing a purchase and keep any store credentials secure. Purchase and payment questions, including account cancellation, can be directed to the hosted store or to ready-visiontv@polsia.app. Services that have been used for more than seven days are not refundable under these terms; any offer-specific terms also apply.

We may correct errors or omissions in website information, including descriptions, prices, offers, availability, or order details, and may cancel an order affected by incorrect information as permitted by law. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, unlawful or fraudulent activity, a legal request, a security issue, extended inactivity, nonpayment, or a material service change.

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Use the website and service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with laws that apply to you.

You agree not to use the service to:

• infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
• upload or transmit unlawful, abusive, harassing, harmful, or deceptive material;
• send spam, malicious code, or content you do not have the right to share;
• interfere with our systems or other users’ access to the service; or
• copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service without permission.

You are responsible for content you submit and for making sure you have the rights needed to use it. We may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe it violates these terms or applicable law.

Ready VisionTV and its licensors retain their rights in the website, service, software, names, logos, and other brand features. Third-party content and marks remain with their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You may use the website and service for personal purposes through the interfaces we provide. Unless the law or the rights holder allows it, you may not copy, alter, distribute, publicly perform, sell, or create derivative works from protected materials, or remove rights notices. Obtain written permission before using Ready VisionTV marks.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and service are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free access, or that information, third-party content, or service results will always be accurate or meet your expectations. Implied warranties are disclaimed where the law allows.

To the extent permitted by law, Ready VisionTV and its affiliates, staff, agents, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of use, data, profits, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the service, third-party conduct, or unauthorized access to transmissions or data. Nothing here limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Ready VisionTV respects copyright. If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, send a written notice with your physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work (or a representative list if you identify multiple works), and the specific page URL and description of the material so we can locate it. Include your name and contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.

If your concern is about a third-party stream or embedded media, the source terms direct you to contact the actual rights holder as well.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms and disputes relating to them are governed by Mississippi law, with venue in the courts of Hinds County, Mississippi, or the U.S. District Court located in Mississippi, as stated in the source terms.
